Customer Confirmation:
- To proceed with the dispatch, you must confirm your COD order by replying to the confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a simple "Yes".
Dispatch upon Confirmation:
- Once we receive your confirmation, your order will be promptly dispatched.

Your order will only be dispatched after we receive confirmation from your side. Please ensure you respond to the confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a "Yes" to initiate the dispatch process.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after Dispatch:
- If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, certain charges will apply.
Charges Incurred:
- Customers who cancel their orders after dispatch will be liable to pay:
  - Shipping charges.
  - Return courier charges.
Payment Method:
- The total amount payable for cancellation is ₹300, which includes shipping and return courier charges. This amount must be paid using online payment methods.
