Return And Refund Policy

At Mishthi Art Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be processed.


1. General Policy

  • No exchanges or refunds will be provided for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be accepted if the mistake is from our end, provided that the customer submits valid proof.

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

  • Refunds are not applicable for international orders.


2. Conditions for Return, Exchange & Refund

Eligibility Criteria

We only accept returns and exchanges if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The following conditions apply:

  1. Proof Requirement

    • A full unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:

      • Start from the sealed package and continue without cuts, filters, or edits.

      • Clearly show the order details (name, address, and invoice).

    • The proof must be emailed to mishthiartjewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be entertained.

  2. Refund Details

    • Only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, the customer may either wait for restocking or opt for a refund (excluding shipping charges).

  3. Non-Eligible Claims

    • Size-related issues will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

    • Orders that are still in transit cannot be canceled or refunded.

    • Delivery delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

    • Refunds will not be issued if the order is processed and shipped correctly.


3. Exceptions to Our Policy

The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Discounted or sale items (all sales are final).

  • Products that have been used or tampered with.

  • Shipping costs exceeding ₹80 (Shipping charges will only be covered by us if the mistake is on our end and supported by valid proof).


4. Lost or Misplaced Packages

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, Mishthi Art Jewellery is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages and will not process any refund.

  • For prepaid orders rejected at delivery, no refund will be issued.


5. Return Shipping Costs & Process

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. These costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Depending on your location, the time taken for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mishthi Art Jewellery is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • If a package is returned due to the customer’s fault (wrong/incomplete address or contact details), only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15-20 business days.

  • If the customer fails to report issues within 24 hours of receiving the product, no refund or exchange will be processed.

  • Mishthi Art Jewellery reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the latest terms on our website.
